Software (India) Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated November 05, 2007 that "Mr. Kunal Sen, VP-Finance & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the Services of the Company and the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on October 30, 2007 have accepted his resignation. Further, Mr. Vijendra Kumar Surana has been appointed as the new AVP- Finance & Company Secretary at the above Board Meeting and he has been appointed as the new Compliance Officer of the Company also."
