Pursuant to the authorization of the remuneration and Compensation Committee at its meeting held on September 12, 2009, the Company has granted 4,68,159 stock options to its employees, which gives entitlement in future to equivalent number of existing equity shares of the Company in accordance with the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009 (ESOP 2009). The applicable Exercise price is Rs.20.00 per equivalent equity share. Further the Company informs that, the equity shares of the Company to be allocated to the grantees of options under ESOP 2009, will be purchased by Ramkrishna Forgings Employees Welfare Trust (designated ESOP Trust) from the secondary/open market at the ruling market price. Therefore no fresh issue of equity shares is involved under the ESOP 2009.
