Spurt in Volume : Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in Ramkrishna Forgings Limited.. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Ramkrishna Forgings Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "that there are no pending information or announcement that is required to be made by the company as per clause 36 of the listing agreement which has a bearing on the operation or performance of the Company."
