Shri Niranjan A. Shah has informed the Exchange that he alongwith Sumit N. Shah; Hitesh Shah; Amit C. Shah; Bhupen C. Shah; Suchita Kothari; Leshna S. Shah; N. Kumar Diamond Exports Ltd. proposes to acquire 2607040 Equity shares aggregating to 14.20% of the shares/voting rights of Renaissance Jewellery Limited from Ms. Suchita Kothari. The mode of proposed acquisition is by way of inter-se-transfer as per regulations and the date of proposed acquisition is December 27, 2008. The acquisition price per share is NA(Transfer of shares by gift deed). The shareholding of Shri Niranjan A. Shah along with PACs after the proposed acquisition would be 52,14,080 shares aggregating to 28.40% of the shares/voting rights of Renaissance Jewellery Limited.
