Company has entered into a Technical License Agreement with a foreign company for manufacture of specific purpose cables to be used in Auto Industry. Under this agreement, the foreign company will provide technical know-how to the Company for manufacture of the said specific purpose cables for a period of five (5) years. The Company will make a lump sum payment and royalty at certain % on sale proceeds for the technical know-how to be provided by them. This technical License Agreement will certainly provide an edge in the manufacture of those specific purpose cables by the Company.
