Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of shares and Takeovers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 and more particularly with regard to the newly introduced regulation 8A, which came into force with effect from January 28, 2009, we have to inform you that the Company has received declarations from all the Promoters of the Company affirming that they have not pledged any shares held by them. This may please be treated disclosure from the Company under sub-regulation (4). As regards disclosure from the Company pursuant to Regulation 8A (4) (a) and (b) in the matter of the aggregate number of pledged shares of the promoters during the quarter ended December 2008 as well as during the quarter ending March 2009, we may submit that since the promoters have not pledged any of their shares, the disclosure is nil.
