Honourable High Court of Madras has sanctioned the scheme of Arrangement (Merger) of Nook Micro Distribution Limited (transferor company) with Redington (India) Limited (transferee company). The order of High Court dated 11th March 2016 has been made effective on 15th April 2016 (being the date of filing the order of High Court with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai) with the Appointed Date being 1st April 2015.
