In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company will provide e-voting facility to the Shareholders to exercise their vote for transacting the business at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 12, 2014. The Company would be availing e-voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). Further, the Company has taken August 01, 2014 as the cut-off date to determine the Shareholders (holding equity shares of the Company in both electronic and physical form) eligible to cast their vote electronically for the business to be transacted at the above AGM.
