Pioneer Embroideries Limited had informed the Exchange that at the Meeting of Board of Directors held on September 08, 2008 has approved the extension of Accounting Year from June 30, 2008 (15 months) to September 30, 2008 i.e. for a period of 18 months (from April 01, 2007 to September 30, 2008). The Company has now informed the Exchange that "The Company has decided to consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the period ended 30th September, 2008 (for a period of 18 months from 1st April, 2007 to 30th September, 2008) by end of November 2008 and hence will not be considering the Unaudited Financial Results for the period ended 30th September, 2008".
