1) ICRA Limited had assigned an "A1" (pronounced A one) rating to Rs.250 crores Commercial Paper/Short Term Debt of the Company. Subsequently, on the requisition of the Company ICRA Limited has now re-affirmed this "A1" rating for a reduced amount of Rs.200 crores Commercial Paper/Short Term Debt of the Company. This is the highest credit quality rating assigned by ICRA to short-term debt instruments. Instruments rated in this category carry the lowest credit risk in the short term; 2) ICRA Limited has also assigned "LA" (pronounced L A) rating with Stable Outlook to Company's Non Convertible Debenture Programme of Rs.400 crores. This rating indicates adequate-credit-quality and the rated instrument carries average credit risk.
