The mode of proposed acquisition is by way of Inter se Transfer amongst promoters and the date of proposed acquisition is August 21, 2007. The proposed acquisition price per share is Nil since acquisition is by way of gift. The shareholding of Urvi A. Piramal after the proposed acquisition would be 4754280 shares aggregating to 10.10% of the shares/voting rights of Peninsula Land Limited.
