News Verification : The media had reports that Kotak Private Equity may sell its stake in the company. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company. Four Soft Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,"We have discussed the published news article with Kotak PE and neither the Company nor Kotak PE is aware of any such plans. The denial was also intimated to the media."
