Compensation Committee of the Company in its meeting held on August 29, 2011 has granted, in aggregate 19,48,000 (Nineteen lakh forty eight thousand only) stock options to Four Soft Ltd Employees Welfare Trust under the Four Soft Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2009. These options will vest after completion of one year, and can be exercised within 4 years from the date of vesting. The exercise price is Rs.10/- per share.
