(1) The Rating Committee of ICRA, after due consideration of the latest developments, has downgraded Credit Rating (a) For short term bank facilities from "A2+" (pronounced as A two plus) to "A2" (pronounced as A two); and (b) For Long term bank facilities from "LA-" (pronounced as L A minus) to "LBBB+" (pronounced as L triple B plus). (2) Also, Fitch Ratings India Pvt. Ltd. has withdrawn India's Omax Autos Limited's(OAL) 'Fl(ind)' rating assigned to INR1.25bn Commercial Paper/ Short Term Debt Programme. There is no outstanding amount against the rated instrument. Fitch will no longer provide analytical coverage on the issuer.

The Company has been assigned a 'F1 (ind)' '(F1 ind)' rating by Fitch Ratings India Private Limited for INR1250 million short-term debt/ commercial paper programme in a letter dated 3rd December, 2007 and the same shall be valid till December 3, 2008
