In NRB Bearings as COO, Mr. Manoj Solanki, as an important influencer of long-term strategies within the company, will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in manufacturing facilities, efficient sourcing of materials for manufacturing, logistics, manufacturing quality and safety. He will engage closely with all internal operations Heads of Department regarding their respective plant goals and objectives and assist in defining strategy and driving overall profitability of the operations.
