Outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 24, 2007. (1) The Board has recommended dividend of Rs.2/- (two) per equity share of Rs.10 each (20%), subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. (2) The Board has approved the proposal to increase the Foreign Institutional Investor's limit up to 60% in the share capital of the Company, subject to the approval of members at General Meeting. (3) The Board has approved Employee Stock Options Scheme (ESOS). (4) The Board has allotted 37,03,703 equity shares to the share holders of Shark Properties Pvt. Ltd. in accordance with the composite scheme of arrangement as approved by the Bombay High Court. (5) The Board has appointed Mr. Gaurav Burman as an Additional Director of the Company. Further the Company has submitted the financial particulars as required under clause 20 of the listing agreement.
