Price movement : Significant price movement has been observed in Sujana Tower Limited.. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Sujana Tower Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The Company is complying all the relevant clauses of the listing agreement in respect of the disclosures/intimations from time to time and also confirming that, as of now, there is no specific event/announcement/price sensitive information in the Company, which is required to be disclosed with the Stock Exchanges as per the listing agreement and have a bearing on the price behavior in the scrip."
