Spurt in Volume : Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in MphasiS Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. MphasiS Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The Company has been promptly disseminating information including price sensitive information on timely basis, as and when it occurs, to ensure that investors have the latest relevant information as required under the provisions of Listing Agreement.
