Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 18, 2007, considered and approved, inter-alia, the following : (1) Appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2007-08, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. M/s Price Waterhouse have been appointed in place of M/s. RSM & Co., the existing Statutory Auditors , who have not offered themselves for re-appointment due to the merger of their professional services practice with M/s. PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
