Adesh Gupta Executive Director & CEO of the Company declared the result of the Postal Ballot exercise today (March 30, 2007) at Registered office of the Company as under: (1) The Shareholders of the Company has passed the Special Resolution under Section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 by which now the Board is being authorised to go ahead for the fund raising exercise by issue of Securities to Institutions, Mutual funds and others through QIP/ private placement/ FCCB or any other mode of fund raising. (2) The Board of the Company is further authorised to decide and approve the terms of any issue of securities and also authorised to appoint Lead Merchant Bankers and other intermediaries in this behalf
