Vide its letter dated February 09, 2009, that the Company has obtained the required disclosures from the promoters /persons falling under the promoter group of the company in respect of pledged shares under Regulation 8A(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997. Further the company informs that on the basis of the aforesaid disclosures by the requisite persons, no shares of the company have been pledged by the promoters or every person forming part of the promoter group of the company till date.
