Company has obtained the approval of its shareholders with requisite majority to the following resolution: Special Resolution u/s.17 of the Companies Act, 1956, for insertion of following new Clause in the Other Objects of Memorandum of Association of the Company: "To engage in the business of Commercial Horticulture, Green house farming - Floriculture & Olericulture (flowers & vegetable production) and other cognate areas directly or through subsidiary company/ies, either wholly owned or partially subscribed". On March 30, 2010 by way of Postal Ballot under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules 2001.
