Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 15, 2010, among other things, the following business were transacted: (a) In order to comply with the Corporate Governance pertaining to composition of the Board, the Company in its Board of Directors Meeting held on November 15, 2010 approved the appointment of Dr.S.Raghuvardhan Reddy as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company to fill up in the casual vacancy caused by expiry of Dr.I.V.Subba Rao. Dr.S.Raghu Vardhan Reddy is a Ph.D (Agriculture) and he has held several eminent professional positions including Vice Chancellor of Archarya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University. The Board observed that his appointment would be beneficial to the Company; (b) Further, informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting has accepted the resignation of Mr.K.Vaman Rao as Non-Executive Independent Director, due to his pre-occupation.
