Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 will be held on September 25, 2014. In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 (3)(vii) of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed, August 08, 2014, as a cut -off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the AGM by electronic means. Consequently the same cut-off date i.e. August 08, 2014 would record entitlement of the shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote at the AGM on September 25, 2014.
