The Scheme of Arrangement between National Information Technologies Limited ("Nitel") and RPG Transmission Limited ("RPGT") and Octav Investments Limited (formerly MP Power Line Limited) ("Octav") and the Company and their respective shareholders ("the Scheme") has come into effect on 30th January 2008 upto filing of certified copies of the Orders passed by the Hon'ble High Courts of Judicature at Bombay and Jabalpur with the Registrar of Companies.
