Re-appointment of Mrs. R H Kasturi, Director, who retires by rotation and being eligible offers herself for re-appointment 3. Ratification of re-appointment of M/s. P Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this AGM till the Conclusion of next Annual General Meeting to be held in 2017 at a remuneration as may be approved by the Board of Directors.
