Exchange has sought clarification from JK Lakshmi Cement Limited with respect to announcement dated 04-Oct-2021, regarding Drug Plant Operations - Reg. 30 Intimation. On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Whether loss/damage covered by insurance or not including amount; 2. Estimated impact on the production/operations in case of strikes/lock outs; 3. Factory/unit where the strike/lock out takes place including reasons for such strike. 4. Expected quantum of loss/damage caused; The response of the Company is awaited.
