Board of Directors of the Company ('the Board') at its meeting held on May 21, 2010 recommended a fresh limit of 5% of the Share Capital of the Company to be earmarked for issue of shares from time to time under a new Employee Stock Option Scheme; the resolution in respect of the same will form part of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be considered by the Board at its meeting convened for June 18, 2010.
