The company had also informed the Exchange regarding the revised date of the Board Meeting as March 22, 2007 for consideration of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2006-07. The company has now further informed the Exchange that: "The Record Date for the Second Interim Dividend for the year Apr'06-Mar'07 has been pre-poned to Tuesday, the 27th March, 2007".
