Exchange had sought clarification from Impex Ferro Tech Limited with respect to announcement dated 24-Nov-2016, regarding reference to the Board for Financial and Industrial Reconstruction (BIFR) as per provisions of Section 15(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 had been made on November 24, 2016 in terms of Resolution passed by Circulation on November 23, 2016.".On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1. Reasons for such a reference/petition;2. Impact of such reference/petition on listed entity.In this regards, company vide email dated 25-Nov-2016 stated the following"1. The resaon would be that the Company's net worth has been fully eroded as at the end of the financial year 2015-16 and hence the reference under section 15(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.2.
