Hmt Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "We will publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007, within a period of three months of the close of the accounting year, and hence the Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter of the Financial year 2006-2007 is not being published."
