Hercules Hoists Limited had informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from July 13, 2012 to July 17, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the shareholders who are eligible to receive dividend at the rate of Rs. 3.50 per Equity Share of Rs.1/- each fully paid-up & AGM. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the book closure dates will be common for both bonus equity shares and dividend.
