Gokaldas Exports Limited had informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors decided to sub-divide/split the shares, subject to the approval of the Members in their AGM. The Shareholders have approved the split/sub-division of shares at their meeting held on December 09,2006. The company has now informed the Exchange on January 29,2007 that: "The Board of Directors, at their Meeting today, have fixed February 15, 2007 as the Record Date to ascertain the shareholders who are entitled to the split shares".
