Board of Directors have appointed Mr. K.V. Kamath as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. May 22, 2010. Mr. K. V. Kamath is on the Board of ICICI Bank Limited as its non-executive Chairman. Mr. Kamath brings in wealth of experience and expertise. The Company will be immensely benefited with his induction on its Board. With his appointment, the number of Directors on the Board of the Company increases to 10, comprising of 6 independent and 4 non-independent directors. Mr. Rusi Sethna, who is liable to retire by rotation at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, has not offered himself for re-appointment.22 May · Management
