Great Eastern Shipping Co. Limited has informed the Exchange that the CRISIL Rating for the Rs. 1075 million Non-Convertible Debenture Programme of the Company has been revised from "AAA/Stable" ("Triple A with stable outlook") to "AA+/Negative" ("Double A plus with negative outlook"). The revised rating indicates high degree of safety with regard to timely payment of interest and principal on the Instrument.
