Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of shares pledge under Regulation 8A (1,2 & 3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 ("Regulations") in respect of the details of the outstanding shares pledged by one of the promoters Mr. Pankaj R Pandey as on February 06, 2009. Further the Company has also received disclosures from Mr. Bharat K Sheth, Deputy Chairman & Managing Director & Mr. Ravi K Sheth, Executive Director of the Company stating that both of them had pledged 10,00,000 shares each and the said pledge has been revoked as on February 3, 2009. Consequently none of the shares held by both of them remains pledged as on February 06, 2009.
