Company has allotted on December 06, 2012, 32,400 equity shares of the Company to M/s Peerless General Finance & Investment Company Limited from the abeyance quota of Rights issue 1992 & 1994 pursuant to the order of the Special Court (Trial of Offences relating to transactions in Securities) Act, 1992 in the Misc. Application No.250 of 2011. With this allotment the paid-up capital of the Company will increase from Rs.152,28,96,840.00 to Rs. 152,32,20,840.00.
