Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 29, 2008, has proposed a dividend @ 15% on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2007-08. The Board has also decided to convene the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on September 30, 2008. Further the Register of Members / Transfer Books shall remain closed with effect from September 24, 2008 to September 30, 2008 (both days inclusive) for determining the names of shareholders eligible for the aforesaid dividend, if declared at the AGM. Payment of dividend, upon declaration by the members of the Company at the forthcoming AGM, will be made on or after October 05, 2008. Further the Company has submitted to the Exchange the copy of Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.
