UTI Asset Management Company Pvt. Ltd. has informed the Exchange vide letter dated 05 Jan 2007 that: "We have been informed today by the Company Secretary of M/s. FIEM Industries Ltd. that the outstanding shares of the Company are 1,18,58,161 and the aggregate holding of 5,52,667 shares in M/s. FIEM Industries Ltd. by all the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund as on December 29, 2006 accounted for 4.66% of the outstanding shares of the Company. We, inadvertently took the outstanding shares of the Company as 1,10,00,000 and hence the undue disclosure in this regard. We request you to ignore the information conveyed to you vide our aforesaid letter dated January 03, 2007".
