Road, Kundli, Sonepat, Haryana, the Board of Directors of the company, inter alia, has considered and approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of FIEM Sung San (India) Limited into FIEM Industries Ltd., subject to necessary approvals under applicable laws, including approvals of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi under section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956
