Board of Directors of the Company has considered the request received from Mrs. Anjlee Prakash to declassify her from "Promoter" category of the Company on account of her not being associated with the management or functioning of the Company in any capacity since her resignation (September 30, 2003) as Director of the Company and her being neither interested or inclined to be associated with the management or functioning of the Company in future.
