News about Educomp Solutions Limited. The media had reports that "Bank Led BY State band of Patiala mull Take over Educomp U/SDR Route". The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Educomp Solutions Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "This is to clarify that the news that appeared on CNBC TV 18 dated 05th January 2016 captioned "Bank Led by State Bank of Patiala mull take over Educomp U/SDR route" is without basis.
