Exchange has sought clarification from DLF Limited with respect to recent news item captioned The media has reports that, " DLF cracks 5% after CBI raids offices". In this regard, Exchange have advised the Company to provide clarification/confirmation on the news item in detail including the following: a) Whether such negotiations were taking place and b) Whether you/company are aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which could explain the aforesaid movement in the trading. Exchange has sought clarification from DLF Limited with respect to announcement dated 22-May-2018, regarding " DLF Limited has informed the Exchange that Enabling resolution for raising of funds through NCDs". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Details of redemption of preference shares indicating the manner of redemption (whether out of profits or out of fresh issue) and debentures. 2. Details of any letter or comments regarding payment/non-payment of interest, principal on due dates, or any other matter concerning the security and /or the assets along with its comments thereon, if any; 3. Delay in payment of interest / principal amount for a period of more than three months from the due date or default in payment of interest / principal; 4. Special right/interest/privileges attached to the instrument and changes thereof; 5. Charge/security, if any, created over the assets; 6. Coupon/interest offered, schedule of payment of coupon/interest and principal; 7. Tenure of the instrument - date of allotment and date of maturity; 8. Whether proposed to be listed? If yes, name of the stock exchange(s); The response of the Company is awaited.
