There have been some reports in the media about the Bhu Bharathi Project of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. In this connection, it is stated as follows: The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has stayed a Government Order awarding a contract to Infotech Enterprises Limited for conducting aerial survey of land, under the Integrated Land Information System, titled "Bhu Bharathi Rollout Phase I Project" in the Karimnagar and Nellore Districts of Andhra Pradesh. The contract value is approximately Rs. 48 crores and is to be executed over 24 months and as such, it has no material impact on the Company's performance. The matter is still to be heard by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh and the Company is yet to receive the notices17 Dec · Meeting
