Company has purchased 37,20,000 Equity shares of Carreman Fabrics India Limited (Now Known as Banswara Global Limited) from Carreman France. The transfer was approved in the meeting of Board of Director of Banswara Global Limited held on October 19, 2013. Banswara Global Limited Formerly Known as Carreman Fabrics India Limited was incorporated on September 16, 2005. This Company had a joint venture holding of 50:50 Equity shares shared between Banswara Syntex Limited and Carreman Fabrics India Limited. However, after considering the aforesaid purchase, the present share holding of the Company in Banswara Global Limited has increased to 80%. In view whereof, Banswara Global Limited is now a subsidiary Company of Banswara Syntex Limited.
