Board of Directors has approved the raising of capital by issue of upto 7 crore fresh equity shares to (i) Government of India (Promoters) and (ii) Life Insurance Corporation of India or to any other investors, as permitted on preferential basis, subject to the approval of the shareholders and regulatory authorities.
