  In terms of Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, we wish to inform you that the Company, being part of Promoter Group, has been allotted 4316666 (2.50%) equity shares of Rs.10 each at premium of Rs.65 per share on 31st August 2019 by AYM Syntex Limited conversion of 43,16,666 warrants of Rs.75.The said 43,16,666 warrants were allotted on 8th March 2018 by AYM Syntex Limited on preferential basis with an option to convert it into equity shares of Rs.10 each at premium of Rs.65 per share for each warrant within a period 18 months from the date of allotment.After aforesaid acquisition, the equity share holding of Promoter Group in AYM Syntex Limited stands at 3,62,30,298 (72.50%) as against prior holding of 3,19,13,632 (70.00%).In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, please find enclosed the disclosures in the specified format as required to be given for the said acquisition.You are requested to take the same on your record and oblige.
