Appointment of M/s CY & Associates, Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors for FY 2021-22; 4. Re-Appointment of Mr. Milap Raj Bhansali as a Whole-time Director of the Company for the tenure of five (5) years i.e. from April 01, 2022 to March 31, 2027 and approval of the remuneration payable to him on re-appointment, subject to shareholders approval. Further, as per the requirement of the Circular No. List/Comp/14/2018-19 dated June, 20, 2018 issued by BSE on the subject of enforcement of SEBI Orders regarding appointment of Directors by listed companies we hereby affirm that the Directors getting appointed or re-appointed are not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authority.
