Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2009 has approved, inter alia, the process of Postal Ballot for passing a Ordinary Resolution to transfer, sale, lease or otherwise disposal of the whole or substantially the whole of one manufacturing unit (Unit-I) of the company. The Board has authorised Shri Kasturi Lal Arora, Director and Shri. Sabyasachi Panigrahi, Company Secretary, severally for completion of the entire Postal Ballot process and to do all things and to take all incidental and necessary steps. The Board has appointed Ms. Latika Jetley, Practising Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for carrying out Postal Ballot proceedings and submit her report to the Board.
