Company Petitions in respect of Scheme of Amalgamation of Aptech Software Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary of Aptech Ltd) with Aptech Ltd., came up for hearing and final disposal before His Lordship Mr. Justice S. J. Vazifdar on July 23, 2010. After hearing, His Lordship was pleased to pass an Order sanctioning the said scheme of amalgamation of Aptech Software Ltd., with Aptech Ltd. Further, the Company has also informed that they have applied for the certified copy of the order and the scheme.
